Love as art. Freedom as practice.
A home for the wild-hearted exploring non-monogamy, queer intimacy, and sacred sexuality through somatic coaching, community circles, and a return to the body's wisdom.
Welcome to the Art of Wild Love.
A space where love has no blueprint, the body becomes the teacher, and connection becomes an art.
You've felt it, that quiet, persistent knowing that the stories you inherited about love, desire, and belonging don't quite fit. That something wilder, more alive and more aligned is waiting beneath the surface of the life you've been living.
You were right to trust that feeling.
This is a space for the curious and the wild-hearted — those exploring non-monogamy, queerness, sacred sexuality, and conscious relating. For those ready to tear up the maps we’re inherited, return to the wisdom of the body, and discover what love looks and feels like when it is finally set free and aligned with one’s own truth.
This is your invitation to explore. Exactly as you are.
Meet Lana Rose.
I have always sensed there was more, more to love, more to desire, more to what it means to live.
I'm Lana Rose, somatic coach, storyteller and creator of The Art of Wild Love. I work with individuals, lovers, and communities navigating the terrain of conscious relating, sacred sexuality, non-monogamy, queer belonging and the beautiful journey of coming home to the body.
I hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from CCPE and completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Academy for Yoga Training. I am currently training in Tantra Facilitation at the London School of Tantra.
My work weaves together neo-tantra, somatic practice, and integrative transpersonal psychology to create spaces where the body is listened to, desire is reclaimed, and love is embodied and the very essence of how you live.
I created The Art of Wild Love because I believe that how we love is how we live. That when we learn to love more honestly in alignment with our core truth — more wildly, more consciously, more freely — we stop performing our lives and start actually living them.
This is that space.

Embodied Truth.
Here, the body is the primary teacher. Breath, presence, and sensation are at the heart of the practice itself. We bring together the wisdom of tantra, the embodiment of somatic work, and the depth of contemporary psychology, not as separate disciplines but as an integrated way of working with the whole person.
This is not therapy. It is not a workshop in the conventional sense. It is a space of shared ritual and honest inquiry — where you come to explore and remember what you already know within.
An invitation to unveil the patterns shaping how you love and how you hide. To unlearn the scripts inherited around desire, queerness, and belonging. To return to what is raw, honest, and whole and to explore notions of sexuality and relating in a space that is queer-inclusive, trauma-aware, consent-led, and deeply embodied.
Through community circles, somatic coaching, and sacred workshops, The Art of Wild Love opens pathways back to yourself, to others, and to the wider pulse of life.
Together, we remember what it means to love wildly, consciously, and without limits.

Community Circles in London.
A gathering place for the curious and wild-hearted.
Every month, we come together in London for an evening of honest conversation, shared ritual, and embodied exploration. These are intimate circles to create safety while ensuring depth of exploration.
Each circle opens a different door. Some evenings we explore the landscape of non-monogamy and relational freedom. Others take us into queer identity, sacred sexuality, or the alchemy of jealousy and attachment. Always, we slow down and be present. We aligned with ourselves and speak truth. We are held and witnessed.
Non-Monogamy
& Conscious Relating
Love without ownership. Connection without control.
For those walking the path of polyamory, open relationships, or relational freedom. These circles explore the real terrain: jealousy, boundaries, desire, and the art of holding both autonomy and intimacy with integrity.
Queer Identity
& Belonging
Beyond binaries. Exploring the full spectrum of being and desire.
Queerness is a way of loving and becoming that refuses limitation. These gatherings offer space to celebrate fluid identities, chosen family, and the freedom to define yourself on your own terms. A space to be seen, celebrated, and completely yourself.
Sacred Sexuality
& Exploration
Reclaiming desire, safety and self-trust.
We carry so many stories in our bodies — of desire and longing, curiosity and fear, what we’ve been taught to hide and what wants to be felt. These circles invite a gentle, consent-led return to the body: to rebuild trust, soften shame, and reclaim desire in ways that feel safe and entirely on your terms.
Upcoming Circles.
Monthly community gatherings in London for the curious and the wild hearted. Intimate evenings of guided embodiment, honest reflection, and collective truth-telling.
Each month explores a different theme — from The Art of Opening Up and Tearing Up the Map to The Alchemy of Jealousy.
Each circle is an invitation to slow down, speak truth, and be witnessed in all that you are, by others who are doing the same.
